John McCain Successor Will Be Tough Choice for Arizona Governor

The flags surrounding the Washington monument are still at half staff.

Over the past year and a half of his life, McCain was one of President Trump's biggest opponents, appearing to put his beliefs of what he thought was best for America, over partisan politics.

He will then lie in state Friday at the U.S. Capitol, with another service taking place in Washington on Saturday, where former Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama are expected to speak.
