East Cleveland police officers say they attempted to pull over Hassan Forrest after a license check revealed the vehicle was stolen.

The suspect did get away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police say the victim was was in the area looking at rental properties when she made contact with both offenders, one of whom she knew.

The Louisiana State Fire Marshal's Office arrested an armed robbery suspect late Sunday night.

Police say the clerk inside the gas station "left the store and was unharmed but shaken from the incident".
