Wednesdays incident took place along the 4300 block of Wesley Lane, police said. "We have nothing to say otherwise right now".

Holloway's disappearance remains unsolved, but a strong lead appeared to surface past year. On Dec. 30, 2017, Madrigal posted a YouTube video, "The cover up of the documentary Natalee Holloway", that includes recordings of a conversation in which Madrigal admits to providing fake bone fragments for the documentary and continues a claim that he helped van der Sloot dispose of Holloway's body in the ocean. He added that Holloway's skull was burned to eliminate any remaining hair fibers, saying: "It was doused in gasoline in a fire pit in a cave".

Van der Sloot is now imprisoned for the 2010 slaying of another young woman in Peru, a crime which occurred five years to the day after Holloway's death. Holloway was 18 when she went missing in Aruba in 2005. 'The correct authorities who are working that case have been notified'.

Florida man linked to the 2005 disappearance of teenager in Aruba grabbed his former friend and held a blade to her neck before she fought back, according to a report. The suspect is John Ludwick, who once defended Natalee Holloway's suspected killer and then posted a unusual video on YouTube.

"Well, originally, (van der Sloot) had discussed getting it cremated, but at that time it wasn't legal, but apparently some places would do it for pets", Ludwick told Ward, avoiding eye contact with the private investigator.

Ludwick claimed that he witnessed van der Sloot crush Holloway's remains and burn her skull.

But Oxygen later reported that the mitochondrial DNA bone sample did not match one provided by the teen's mother, Beth Holloway.
