Former Miami Dolphins' Jonathan Martin reportedly in custody after Instagram post

The post on Martin's Instagram account showed a shotgun and referenced the private Harvard-Westlake prep school in Los Angeles by name.

Harvard Westlake closed both of its Los Angeles campuses after learning of the threat on Friday. "We are working closely with law enforcement and will share more information when we are able".

"The individual we believe to be responsible for the social media post has been detained and the investigation is ongoing".

Incognito and Martin played together in Miami during the 2013 season, before Incognito was suspended by the team in November. In a Facebook post in August 2015, Martin wrote of multiple suicide attempts , sleep problems and substance abuse.

Jonathan Martin has been taken into custody after posting an online threat to Buffalo Bills offensive guard Richie Incognito and others.

The Instagram account has no profile photo, but is a verified account with 347 followers. He also listed his former high school, Harvey Westlake.

Fergie explains National Anthem performance
Nearly immediately, people on social media started mocking her performance, some calling it the "worst version" they'd ever heard. I've never been part of an anthem where everybody's just in unison and lost control and just started moving.

Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez Combine For Glorious Barcelona Opener At Eibar
There was nothing the Serb could do to stop Jordi Alba from sealing the victory, two minutes from time after coolly slotting home. Valverde however, has lamented the timing of Eibar game, as he feels the Londoners will have more time recuperate than this team.

GOP mega-donor Adelson offers to pay for part of Jerusalem embassy
The PLO official said the USA decision clearly contradicts worldwide law and consensus on the legal status of Jerusalem. The relocation date announced on February 23 is sooner than had originally been suggested by USA officials.

Former NFL offensive lineman Jonathan Martin was reportedly detained after attempting to check himself into a hospital for treatment. That came a week after the school shooting in Parkland, Fla.

That launched an inquiry that lasted months by NFL-appointed investigator Ted Wells, who determined that Pouncey, Incognito and Jerry engaged in a pattern of abuse.

Martin hasn't been in the National Football League since 2014, when he appeared in 15 games and started nine for the 49ers.

Martin's former agent told Business Insider that he no longer represents the former player, but called the situation a "sad story". He later admitted to depression and said he had attempted suicide.

It's hard to speak openly about a subject that is this sensitive especially given recent events but Martin at one point seemed more content on making a legal push than to be suffering from any trauma that was long lasting after the reports and investigations surfaced.

Martin's photo also included the hashtag #MiamiDolphins, the team that drafted him out of Stanford in 2012.
