Lamar Jackson involved in serious brawl during Louisville-Kentucky game

It wasn't Kentucky's day against Louisville on Saturday afternoon, but the Wildcats still got an incredible performance out of sophomore RB Benny Snell Jr.

2016 Heisman victor and Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson thrust himself back into the national conversation with a dazzling performance, picking up 372 total yards of UL's 562 in the game.

Louisville: A year after his costly fumble led to Kentucky's game-winning field goal, Jackson and the Cardinals not only protected the football, but scored on every possession except the final one.

After fighting to the one-yard line, Jackson didn't appreciate a bump from a Kentucky player, so he proceeded to shove him.

Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson threw for 216 yards and two touchdowns, and added 156 yards on the ground against Kentucky. No player was ejected in the altercation, and there were offsetting penalties on both teams. That hate was on full display early in Saturday's game, when Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson was involved in a scrap that lasted a couple of minutes.

This isn't the first time these two teams have fought.

Give the defensive front of Louisville credit. Louisville retook the Governor's Cup from United Kingdom, who took it in Louisville last season after a 41-38 win.
