Patriots reportedly bought two 767 Boeing jets for team travel

A source told ESPN that the planes the Patriots purchased have extended range.

One plane will be used in 2017 with the other as a reserve.

The club bought the jets this offseason and retrofitted them with with first-class seats throughout.

The New England Patriots have purchased two airplanes to become the first National Football League team to own their own planes to fly to games, according to ESPN's Darren Rovell.
