The 36-year-old Granderson has a.254 career batting average with 312 home runs and 853 RBIs in 1,760 games spanning 14 major league seasons with the Detroit Tigers (2004-09), New York Yankees (2010-13) and New York Mets (2014-17). Granderson is in the last season of a four-year, $60 million contract. Granderson has 19 home runs 52 runs batted in, the home runs would be tied for third on the Dodgers with Corey Seager.
