Mets says Harvey will return to mound Friday at Milwaukee

The Dark Knight rises and the Dark Knight falls.

According to the Mets' schedule, Harvey would be back in action on May 10 when the team goes up against the San Francisco Giants.

He reportedly wants to file a grievance with the team after allegedly contacting the Mets to report he was suffering from a bad headache.

Harvey's suspension is the latest blow for the Mets, who have been plagued with injuries this season.

Miami Marlins' outfielder Giancarlo Stanton is no stranger to hitting long home runs, but he had not hit a home run at all since April 22 when he took Mets' starter Robert Gsellman deep on Saturday. Jon Heyman is reporting that after playing golf Saturday morning, Harvey developed a migraine and did not go to the ballpark for Saturday's game; Harvey, apparently, saw the issue as a miscommunication. For the time being, Harvey helped pitch them to one. Harvey did not start and the Mets started Adam Wilk a journeyman who was rocked for six runs on eight hits in just 3 2/3 innings in the Mets loss of 7-0.

Police officer shot in face, shooter holed up in motel room
A veteran Braintree police officer who was shot at a Motel 6 is expected to survive, while the suspect was found dead. A standoff followed the incident, but around 2 a.m. a robotic camera sent into the room discovered Robinson was dead.

Mets manager Terry Collins made the announcement Monday, a day after the team announced the discipline for the 28-year-old pitcher.

"I'm not going to get into that and I think that was answered before", Collins said.

Harvey added, "I told everybody and apologized to everybody and told them it was not going to happen again". "We hope to put it behind us and move forward". Harvey is in the midst of his arbitration years, and it may not be a surprise if the Mets decline to offer him a contract, given his struggles and injury woes from 2016. It's a foregone conclusion Harvey will bolt the Mets as a free agent in 2018. The New York Mets had tweeted a photograph of T.J. Rivera wearing the star-of-the-game crown in their clubhouse after a victory over Miami, and the background included Plawecki's locker — and a clearly visible sex toy. If the Mets' case against him is as strong as it appears, then a clear-the-air news conference would have been the first step toward restoring order at Citi, assuming that's even possible anymore.

When you combine declining K/BB ratio more men are on base, increasing his pitch count first off, but also giving teams more of a chance to drive in runs. The right-hander, who resides in Manhattan and is a staple of the gossip pages, was eventually allowed to spend time in NY instead of at the team's spring training facility in Florida.
