Lester pitches 4-hitter as Cubs beat Cueto, Giants 4-1

REDS 5, INDIANS 1: At Cincinnati, Scott Feldman struck out a season-high nine while ending Cincinnati's long stretch of ineffective starts, and Scott Schebler homered for the third straight game for Cincinnati.

Panik slugged his first career leadoff homer and second of the year as the Giants claimed a 1-0 first-inning lead. He allowed three more hits in a one-run Giants fifth as Brandon Crawford doubled home Posey from second to trim the deficit to 4-1.

Jon Lester, who would have started that NLDS finale, outpitched Cueto Tuesday night when he limited a perky Giants offense to one hit through the first four innings and pitched his first complete game since September 1, also against the Giants. His previous longest outing of the season was seven innings, on April 16 against Pittsburgh and May 7 against the New York Yankees. Lackey gave up five runs on seven hits while striking out six and walking a pair.

In Houston, Brad Peacock and three relievers combined on a one-hitter, and Jose Altuve provided the offense with an RBI double as the Astros nipped Detroit.

In the fourth inning, a nifty 2-5-4 double play erased a Giants scoring threat, and Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo made a fabulous play in the ninth inning to snag a smash by Belt as well. He also struck out eight and allowed only two hits that did not leave the yard. Jon Lester accomplished this objective easily as he struck out the side in the top of the first, and dominated the Giants the rest of the night to the tune of 10 strikeouts versus no walks.

A$AP Rocky's home reportedly burgled in $1 million robbery
We are told that's when the three men attempted to walk out with the safe, but were unable to carry it past the sidewalk. The robbers "grabbed the woman, took her around the house" while they found the Harlem native's cash and jewels.

Cueto allowed four runs in six innings, all on the homers, in a confounding start.

Schebler connected against Josh Tomlin (2-6) for his third homer in a span of seven at-bats. And there's a fine pitching matchup at Camden Yards, where Ervin Santana (6-2, 2.07 ERA) and the Twins face Baltimore right-hander Dylan Bundy (5-2, 2.97).

Nolan Arenado hit a two-run homer in a four-run ninth after Colorado scored four times off Philadelphia starter Jerad Eickhoff (0-5). It had won eight of 10 overall.

The Giants (20-27) are still 8-3 over their last 11 games. After the first four batters struck out, Schwarber drove a 3-2 pitch from Cueto over the bleachers in right and onto Sheffield Avenue for his seventh homer. San Francisco held on for a 6-4 win, but Almora held on for one fantastic catch. He is now 13-2 at Wrigley Field since the start of last season and has a 12-game home winning streak.

Meanwhile, Heyward has hit safely in all three games since returning from a right index finger sprain.
