Mel B wins restraining order against estranged husband after abuse claims

Former Spice Girls member Mel B has obtained a restraining order application against estranged husband Stephen Belafonte. Belafonte would allegedly force her to participate in sexual intercourse with him and "random women" and that he would secretly record their affairs. She says every time she tried to leave him, he threatened her with violence and with the release of sexually explicit videotapes that he claimed would destroy her life in every way possible. Since Mel B didn't approve, Belafonte encouraged the nanny to get an abortion, but he asked Mel B for financial help so the nanny could undergo the procedure.

In the papers, it is claimed that "Stephen placed both of his hands around her neck, began choking her and slammed her down onto the hardwood floors".

When she resisted the three-ways, Belafonte would allegedly threaten to release the sex tapes in an effort to ruin her career. She also says Stephen paid the nanny in excess of $300,000 of Mel B's money "for alleged nanny services". In addition, she claimed that in her project with Usher for Australian "X Factor" in Sydney, Belafonte became jealous to the point that he was torturing her.

British actress and singer Melanie Brown also known as Mel B arrives at the Creative Arts Emmys in Los Angeles, California, U.S. September 10, 2016.

According to TMZ, Belafonte has questioned Brown's motives in going public with her accusations.

It's absurd to think United can sign Neymar - Mourinho
Obviously it would be great, any coach would want to work in the best teams and national teams. I think it [signing Neymar] is like trying to break into a safe.

Nelson's father, James Nelson , was a Port Authority of NY and New Jersey police officer killed in the September 11 attacks. The street where Caitlin Nelson grew up in Clark, New Jersey - James Nelson Way - was named in honor of her heroic father.

Brown previously denied rumors in 2014 that Belafonte was physically abusive.

"I am in fear of my safety and I am in fear of being irreparably harmed as a result of [Belafonte's] threats", Brown said in court documents.

The 41-year-old singer wrote in her filing that Belafonte is a "large, extremely aggressive, hostile and violent individual" who subjected her to "multiple physical beatings" throughout their relationship.

Another allegation Mel B made is that he has a firearm, which in his case is illegal since he has a prior conviction of domestic violence against another woman.
