Kansas City Chiefs 2017 regular season schedule revealed

We know the 49ers will play a Thursday Night Football game, but we don't know yet about any other potential prime time games.

The NFL will release the full 2017 schedule on Thursday, and it's an exciting moment for fans. The only thing we'll find out Thursday is the specific dates of specific games.

Last season, the Panthers and Broncos faced off on Thursday Night Football for the first game of the season in a rematch of Super Bowl 50. They'll have an NFL-high four games against teams coming off their bye and a net total of minus-22 days of rest compared to their opponents. Maybe you want to know when your team will face off against division rivals, because those are can't-miss games.

Week 7: Sunday, Oct. 22 vs. Atlanta Falcons, 8:30 p.m. They're scheduled to play at least the next two seasons in Oakland, and owner Mark Davis has said he thinks the team will be well supported. It will also be interesting to see what kind of Super Bowl hangover the Falcons may have at the time with five games (plus a bye week) under their belt. The Jacksonville Jaguars, 3-13 last season and 30-82 since 2010, will take on the Baltimore Ravens in Week 3.

On New Year's Eve, the Patriots will close out the regular season against their division rival from NY.

The game at the Azteca Stadium on November 19 (Week 11) will mark the third time the National Football League has visited Mexico City during the regular season after games in 2005 and previous year.

This game will be intriguing for the mere fact that it comes on a neutral site against the Raiders.

Twitter user @NFLUpdate has leaked a couple of other games and where they will appear on the schedule, but no one has confirmed these leaks. As for the opponent, the Raiders could have a healthy Derek Carr back under center.

Their other Thursday-night game comes on October 5 at Tampa Bay, followed by a visit to MetLife Stadium to play the Jets at 1 p.m. October 22.

They're set to make it three in a row this September.

This matchup pits the Super Bowl LI champions against a 2016 wild-card playoff team that was crippled by quarterback Derek Carr's broken leg in Week 15. The next weekend, on Sunday, October 1, the Dolphins host the Saints at Wembley at 2.30pm. It will be the eighth time the AFC East teams will play in the Jets' home opener.

Week 14 - at Dolphins - Mon.
