Tips Pour in After Recording Released in Teen Girls' Murder

Police investigating the slayings of two girls in IN released evidence Wednesday in hopes it will lead to the killer's capture. Investigators believe the clip was recorded as criminal behavior was about to occur. Tony Slocum said Wednesday morning as he referenced the suspect photo. Investigators have yet to detail the contents of the video, but did release an audio snippet.

Authorities previously released a blurry photograph of a man wearing jeans and a blue jacket.

Police on Wednesday said the source of that photo was a video German had taken on her cell phone.

IN authorities released a short audio clip that they believe is the voice of the person who killed 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German.

Liberty and Abigail were found dead near a hiking trail in Delphi Feb. 14, according to ABC News. An autopsy revealed their identities. "Why Delphi? Why Carroll County?" state police superintendent Doug Carter said with a wavering voice.

ISP Chief Public Information Officer Dave Bursten says the police are urging people not to rationalize away any feeling of familiarity they may get from the picture or audio.

"We are actively looking for this person". This person is our suspect'.

The FBI has been assisting local authorities in the double homicide probe since last week.

The agency's other argument for changing the listing: a computer model that shows they now stand little chance of going extinct. An aerial study which ended at the beginning of this month presented a total number of 6,620 manatees.

RBS confirm ninth straight year of losses
RBS has reported an annual loss of £6.96bn for 2016 - a sharp fall the £1.98bn loss reported in the same period a year earlier. The 52 week high of shares in Royal Bank Of Scotland Group is 260.9 while the 52 week low for the company's shares is 148.4.

There is no indication that the case is tied to other murders, said Greg Massa, assistant special agent in charge of the FBI's Indianapolis division.

"Every time it rings we wonder if that's going to be the call", she said.

Bursten played the clip multiple times during the news conference.

"Often someone in the community will unknowingly be associated with the individual or individuals who committed the crime", the Federal Bureau of Investigation said in a statement.

"But you may tell us who the right person was".

An email tip line has been added to the already established telephone tip line for anyone to provide any information or suspected information about the murders.

There are apparently more clues within the footage, however police are choosing to keep these private at this stage in order to "preserve the integrity of the investigation", says the NY Post.
