Trump has insisted since the election, without presenting any evidence, that he only lost the popular vote because millions of votes were illegally cast. Hassan beat Ayotte by less than 1,000 votes.

A member of the Federal Election Commission is now calling on Trump to share any evidence he has to support his claim.
