Rain and storms on Christmas Day


Weather-related travel impacts remain minimal until a chance of mist or fog tomorrow and some likely showers on Tuesday, when highs could flirt with 60!

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 48.

Tuesday: A 20 percent chance of showers. Light and variable wind becoming east northeast 5 to 10 miles per hour in the morning.

Christmas Sunday looks to be dry with cool temperatures.Winds will start to calm down at 8-18 miles per hour.

Sunday night... Partly cloudy.

Chance of precipitation Monday is 80 percent, with new precipitation amounts between a quarter and half inch possible, forecasters said. There is a chance for patchy fog.

At any rate, the low stratus cloud deck will be returning for all of us tonight along with at least some patchy fog. We could have a mix of snow and rain on Thursday and then snow showers or squalls on Friday.
